This journey starts with a full consultation for every new client, prior to getting you into a training session. This ensures that your expectations, goals, medical and general wellbeing are discussed and agreed. Just as importantly, we try to understand what drives you, to tailor personal training programme to help you get the most out of working with us. This helps us create fitness sessions that are as enjoyable as they are rewarding.
