Captain Tom 100 Challenge

Captain Tom 100 Challenge

Over the Bank Holiday weekend, we’ll be joining the charity challenge issued by the family of Captain Sir Tom Moore. His family asked people to follow in his footsteps and come up with their own challenge based around the number 100 that they can complete over what would have been his 101st birthday weekend.

Captain Sir Tom Moore walked 100 laps of his garden and thanks to successfully capturing the hearts of the nation during the first Covid lockdown he raised a staggering £38.9 million. His family hope that people will continue this legacy by continuing to raise money for NHS charities. In the spirt of Captain Tom’s own challenge our classes on Bank Holiday Monday will be themed around the number one hundred.

100 burpees anyone? 100 laps around studio? Come and check out our Bank Holiday classes and find out what we’ve got lined up:

Saturday 1st May: 9am & 10am

Sunday 2nd May: 9am & 10am

Monday 3rd May: 9am & 11am

You can support the Captain Tom 100 by donating to the Captain Tom Foundation: https://captaintom100.justgiving.com/
